The pupose of this amendment is to post the Answers to the Questions sent by interested vendors. Vendors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment when providing proposals. All other aspects of the solicitation remain unchanged. 28 March 2025 - Amendment 0003: A soliciation amendment has been posted in the attachment section. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due dates of all aspects in the solicitation. Extend BALs due dates from 6 March at 4pm CDT to 2 April at 4 pm CDT. Extend Site visit date from 12 March at 9 am CDT to 7 April at 9 am CDT. Extend due date of Questions from 19 March at 4pm CDT to 9 April at 4pm CDT. Extend the due date of quotes from 4 April at 4pm CDT to 11 April at 4pm CDT. We have also attached the most updated Wage Determination. Vendors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment when providing proposals. The pupose of this amendment is to attach the Floor Plans for B3323, highlighting the room the Fire Rise is located in. Vendors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment when providing proposals. Project Title: B3323 Fire Riser Project Location: Goodfellow Air Force Base, San Angelo Texas Base Access Letters (BALs) are due 2 April 2025 at 4:00pm (CST). Site Visit to be held on Tuesday, 7 April 2025 at 9:00AM (CST). Questions are due by Thursday, 9 April 2025 at 4:00PM (CST). The magnitude of this requirement is less than $25,000 The NAICS code of this requirement is 236220 and Size standard is $45M. Type of Set-Aside: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Offers are solicited only from those offerors who are neither debarred or suspended, nor proposed for debarment or suspension. Verbal explanations given before award WILL NOT BE BINDING. Any changes will be made in writing via amendment. The Contractor shall remove existing pre action fire-riser, located on the exterior east side of building 3323. Description: Remove existing piping up to the union located at the top of the riser piping, down to the Victaulic elbow. Remove existing pipe stands and existing sensors. If necessary, replace existing sensors for proper operations of the fire riser for recertification. Replace, and install new pre action valve along with all associated piping, pipe stands, and sensors if applicable. Contractor shall inform the government representative if there are any other deficiencies with the riser system for correction. DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to make award without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions if it is in the Government's best interest to do so. REGISTRATIONS: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If, at the time of award, an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation. Notice to Contractor(s): Funds are available for this procurement. Additionally, the Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation before or after the specified closing date. The Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The purpose of this notice is to meet the FAR 5.201 requirements.
