Attach the answers to the Q&A from the contractors, including historical data of usage from November 2023 to October 2024. **Please sign and acknowledge attached amendment and send with quote** The purpose of this Contract is to lease a color printer with its specifications and provide maintenance in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). Type of Contract and NAICS: This RFQ will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 532420-Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing and the small business size standard is no greater than $40 million. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. Registrations: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.
