The 17th Contracting Squadron at Goodfellow AFB, TX, has a requirement for Furnishings Management Services (FMS) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, vehicles, transportation, and material necessary to perform all work involved in said contract. Work will consist of Enterprise Military Housing (eMH) Information System, furnishings management, refrigerant removal and disposal, work orders, repairs, deliveries, pick-ups, mass moves, and emergency moves at Goodfellow AFB, TX. A single Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ award will result from this solicitation to the offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Period of Performance will be one base year plus four option years. Interested parties must be registered in SAM.gov. The Government reserves the right to cancel this notice, either before or after the closing date and has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
