Additionally, this amendment will incorporate Attachments 1-4 that were previously uploaded to SAM, into the solicitation as proper attachments. AMENDMENT 0001 Update: The purpose of this amendment is to update the questions due date from 4:30 PM CDT 16 September 2024 to 4:30 PM CDT 18 September 2024. DESCRIPTION: The 17th Contracting Squadron at Goodfellow AFB, TX, is issuing a solicitation for new Emergency Communication Center Dispatch Consoles at the primary and alternate ECC locations. The Contractor shall provide the personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the removal of existing workstations, and the installation of new ECC Dispatch Consoles IAW Attachment 1- ECC Dispatch Consoles SOO and Attachment 2- ECC Dispatch Consoles Salient Characteristics. TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This RFQ will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 337214- Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is no greater than 1100 employees. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to make award without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions if it is in the Government's best interest to do so. REGISTRATIONS: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If, at the time of award, an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation. EVALUATION: Evaluation factors are detailed in Solicitation FA303024Q0055 and the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method will be utilized by the Government. QUESTIONS: Please submit any questions relating to this solicitation in writing no later than 4:30 PM CDT 16 September 2024 . Questions shall be emailed to the Points of Contact listed below. The anticipated deadline for the answers amendment to be posted is 4:30 PM CDT 19 September 2024. If there are no questions submitted there will not be an answers amendment. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM CDT 24 September 2024. Completion Performance: 60 Calendar Days after Date of Award. Notice to Contractor(s): Funds are available for this procurement. Additionally, the Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation before or after the specified closing date. The Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
