Update 19 Sepetember 2024: On 16 September, 2024 the Government had the intention of issuing Amendment 0002. There was an inadvertent error in the system that caused Amendmentt 0002 to not be published. In order to adhere to the Competition Act and to seek competition to the maximum extent practical, Amendment 0002 is issued. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for offers from September 17, 2024 at 12:00pm CST to September 20, 2024,at 12:00 PM CST. Update 11 Sep 2024: Amendment 0001 issued, the purpose of this amendment is to upload answers to the questions that were asked during the questions period. Goodfellow, AFB. has a requirement to repair and provide semi annual maintenance services for the Giant Voice mass notification system. The services are requested at Goofellow AFB and Goodfellow AFB Recreation Park, San Angelo TX. The Repair must bring the current mass notification system up to 100% operation. The Semi Annual maintenance mus be used to maintain the system to a fully operational level. The contracor shall provide repairs and maintenance as outlined in the "Attached 1 - GV System SOW". Type of contract and NAICS: This solicitation will be for one(1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract and will be made to the responsible offeror whos quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and is the most advatageous to the Government. The North american Industry Classificatiuon System (NAICS) code for this service is 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, and the small business size requiremet is no greater than $34 million. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. Registrations: Offerors shall have and maintain an active registration in th System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for Government contract award. If at the time of award an offereor is not actively successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor th SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.
