The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX is issuing a soliciation for a Metes and Bounds Survey of an Off-Installation housing development (No base access required). This acquisition includes one (1) CLIN. The period of performance will be 90 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. The Contractor shall provide a Metes and Bounds Survey of the identified parcels of land including initial setup, research, field work, monumentation, field notes, plat prep, review, approval, notices, mobilization, travel and final legal metes and bounds documents sealed by a licensed Texas Surveyor., as shown in Statement of Work (SOW) and TE-1 Drawings. Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Project (IAW FAR 36.204): Less than $25,000 PSC: B519 NAICS: 541370 Size Standard: $19.0 Million Set Aside: 100% Total Small Business Site Visit has not been scheduled for this requirement due to project size being small in nature, Interested parties may request a site visit & or pictures in lieu of if necessary to submit offers. Vendors should submit any questions in writing to noel.choquette@us.af.mil and to patrick.berger@us.af.mil not later then 28 August @ 3:00 PM CST. Questions recieved after this date will not recieve answers. The solicitation closes and vendor quotes are due 3 September @ 3:00 PM CST. Submit to noel.choquette@us.af.mil and to patrick.berger@us.af.mil. Quotes recieved after this date and time will not be considered for award. Note: Proposals must conform to "Section L - Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters" contained within the solicitation document to be considered eligible for award. Vendor proposals will be evaluated in accordance with "Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award" in the solicitation document. Vendors must also acknowledge receipt of all solicitation amendments.
