The Period of Performance will be 90 days af... The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX is issuing a solicitation for Repairing a 50-ton air cooled chiller. This acquisition includes 1 CLIN. The Period of Performance will be 90 days after date of award. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron. Oral proposals WIL NOT be accepted. A Firm-Fixed Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirement of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the government. Repairs on the following Carrier 50-ton, air-cooled unit will include replacing: (2) 38AP40096 Condenser Coils, (2) HD52AZ225 Condenser Fan Motors, (1) HR46TN001 Motor Master, (1) RC4080 Filter Drier and (19ibs) R410A Refrigerant. All Components and insulation disturbed during the repair process will be replaced to original state. unit will need to be reprogrammed and fully operational upon completion of repairs, as stated in the (SOW). NOTE: This requriement was previously solicitated on 3 July 2024 and subsequently cancelled due to a change in scope. This solicitation captures the additional work requriements.
