If you intend to attend the site visit, you must complete the attached BAL, filling in the highlighted portions with personnel information and email to juan.cevallos_mateus.1@us.af.mil and james.mcfarland.8@us.af.mil no later than 2:00 PM CDT tomorrow, 17 September. Meeting place upon arrival to Goodfellow AFB is 210 Scherz Blvd, Bldg. 707 no later than 9:45 AM before heading to the site. Questions will be due NLT Thursday, 19 September at NOON. Answers will be provided as another amendment to this solicitation by NOON, Friday, 20 September. All other terms and conditions remain the same. This procurement is to install a 3 Ton wall mount heat pump air unit and remove the old one in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Salient Characteristics. Type of Contract and NAICS: This RFQ will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and is the most advantageous to the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this commodity is 333415 – Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is no greater than 1,250 employees. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside Registrations: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.
