Update the Statement of Work with revised booth measurement variations; 2.) Update the Statement of Work with UL and ETL certification requirements; 3.) Update the Statement of Work with Contractor's responsibility to remove and dispose of all packaging materials; and 4.) Post the answers to the questions received by vendors. Request for Quote The purpose of this contract is to provide single and double-occupant soundproof privacy booths for the 517 TRG to accomodate individual and small group study spaces for students. Quoted products must meet all product descriptions and requirements outlined in Section 4 of the Statement of Work (SOW), including all delivery and assembly requirements. The contractor must configure the layout of booths in the designated spaces without dominating it (see center mock-up in SOW). The contractor must coordinate assembly of the booths on-site within the 517 TRG's facilities on the Presidio of Monterey. The contractor must deliver and assemble all products at the 517 TRG facilities on the Presidio of Monterey within thirty (30) days of award. Options: This requirement includes two (2) options that will be exercised during Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 and FY 2026, in accordance with contract clause FAR 52.217-7. All options will be evaluated at time of award. Instructions to Offerors: Offers must conform to all requirements outlined in the Instructions to Offerors detailed in the solicitation document to be considered for evaluation. Quote Due Date: Solicitation closes and quotes are due in writing no later than 23 August 2024 at 12:00 PM (NOON) CDT. Quotes must be electronically sent by email to koen.weaver.1@us.af.mil and matthew.loffredo@us.af.mil. Type of Contract and NAICS: This RFQ will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and is the most advantageous to the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this product requirement is 337127 – Institutional Furniture Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is no greater than 500 employees. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. Registrations: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror.
