Add Questions and Answers Attachment. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this Amendment is to: 1. Establish a Q&A period with questions accepted until 19 August 2024 at 12:00 PM CST and answers will be provided by 21 August 2024 at 2:00 PM CST. 2. Change number of buses in the DFW PWS from 20 buses to 15 buses and the SAT PWS from 10 buses to 6 buses to match the CLIN structure. 3. All other terms and conditions remain the same. This is a requirement for charter bus services to and from Goodfellow AFB, Texas, to and from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), and to and from San Anotnio International Airport (SAT). This is an annual requirement to support students traveling home for the holidays during their break in training. The contractor must have a large enough fleet to accomodate appoximately 15 buses to DFW and 6 buses to SAT, with 3 buses on stand-by to support unexpected circumstances such as accidents or mechanical issues. Please review the attached PWS's for further details. A single award will be made as a result of this Request for Quote to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. This acquisition will be made as unrestricted, open to both large and small businesses. The Period of Performance is 1 September 2024 - 31 August 2026. Quote The Contractor shall submit a written quote in response to this Request For Quote, for consideration before the due date and time. Quotes are due no later than 27 August 2024 at 12:00 PM CST. Quotes must be submitted to SSgt Robert Cosper, robert.cosper@us.af.mil and MSgt James McFarland III, james.mcfarland.8@us.af.mil. Contractor quotes shall include the following: A Cover Letter that provides the following information: Company legal name RFQ number Company point of contact with email and phone number Company CAGE Code An acknowledgement of any and all amendments and associated changes A Capabilities Statement that details how the Contractor will meet all requirements as stated in the attached PWS's
