This acquisition includes one (1) CLIN. The Period of Perfomance will be 120 days after receiving Notice to Proceed. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offerer whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. The Contractor shall provide replacement of the existing Fire Alarm System to include a stamped-engineered design by licensed FPE, new Monaco MAAP+ Panel with point-to-point reporting, new addressable detection devices, pull stations, horns, strobes, monitor modules, BTX, antenna, lightening arrestor, all new wiring and conduit in Munitions B3276 and B3298. Demolish the existing Fire Alarm System and repair and paint any ceiling/walls as needed. New system shall tie into existing Fire Suppression system and all shall be tested., as stated in Statement of Work (SOW) Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Project (IAW FAR 36.204): Between $100,000 and $250,000. PSC: J063 NAICS: 334290 Size Standard: 800 Employees Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business Site Visit scheduled for 22 July 2024 @ 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time. The site visit will be at the Munitions Building B3276. Please submit base access letters by 19 July 2024 @ 3:00 PM Central Daylight Time. Interested parties should submit completed Attachment 4 "BAL Template" to noel.choquette@us.af.mil and patrick.berger@us.af.mil no later than 19 July 2024 for base access. Vendor should submit questions in writing to noel.choquette@us.af.mil and patrick.berger@us.af.mil by 23 July @ 12:00 PM CDT. Questions received after this date will not receive answers. The solicitation closes and vendor quotes are due 26 July 2024 @ 3:00 PM CDT. Submit to noel.choquette@us.af.mil and patrick.berger@us.af.mil. Quotes received after this date and time will not be considered for award. Note: Proposals must conform to "Section L - Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters" contained within the solicitation document to be considered eligible for award. Vendor proposals will be evaluated in accordance with "Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award" in the solicitation document. Vendors must also acknowledge receipt of all solicitation amendments. Amendment 01 - 28 June 2024: The purpose of this amendment is to add 52.232-18 Availability of Funds to the solicitation. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. Documents are titled "FA303024Q0038 – Repair Fire Alarm Q&A " and "W_A Repair Fire Alarm Munitions B3276" in attachments. All other elements of the solicitation remain unchanged.
