The purpose of this Contract is to provide construction debris removal services. The work shall consist of clearing and removing any and all construction debris of approximately 1200 CY not to exceed 1500CY (Concrete, rebar, asphalt, dirt, rock, organic material, Etc.). The Contractor shall provide construction debris removal from the area outlined on the attached map and leave the area clear of debris with a level and flat surface. The Contractor shall have forty-five (45) calendar days to perform all work. Type of Contract and NAICS: This RFQ will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and is the most advantageous to the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 562119 – Other Waste Collection Contractors, and the small business size standard is no greater than $47 million. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside Registrations: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation. Update the Statement of Work with the Contractor being responsible for providing cones and barricades. 3.) Post the answers to the Q&A from the contractors.
