Update 4: May 31st, 2023 The purpose of this amendment is to add provision FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee to the SF1442. This provision was omitted in the original SF1442 which caused ambiguity in whether offer guarantees were required, as specified in block 13b. An amended SF1442 has been added to the attachments with the provision in full text on page 13 specifying the need for bid guarantees to be submitted with offers for this project. As a result of this omission, the due date for offers has been extended to Monday, June 5th at 2:30 pm CST to allow to accomodate for this change. __________________________________________________________ Update 3: This update includes the following: 1) Included Attachment 7) Q and A - FA303023R0002 - GAFB Water Service Lines which goes over the responses to the questions we have received from the previously site visit held on 10 May 2023. 2) Attached a revised SOW which fixed some administrative based issues such as improperly numbered buildings and redundant verbiage. This acquisition includes 1 CLIN. The Period of Performance will be 120 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The anticipated date of award for this requirement is 6 June 2023. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. Please submit base access letters by 5 May 2023 2:00 pm CST. Any request for information about the solicitation or site visit itself shall be submitted no later than 19 May 2023 2:00 P.M. CST so that any information may be compiled and posted before solicitation end date.
