Update "Attachment 1a - Drawings" with "Attachment 1a - Updated Drawings". 2.) Extend the Questions deadline from 10:00 AM CST on 31 July 2023 to 5:00 PM CST on 01 August 2023. 3.) Extend the Quotes deadline from 5:00 PM CST on 4 August 2023 to 5:00 PM CST on 10 August 2023. Note: The changes in "Attachment 1a - Updated Drawings" are simply to improve the visual and provide a clearer understanding of the project, and no new work has been added that is not mentioned in the Statement of Work (SOW). Extend the Base Access Letter (BAL) submission deadline from 24 July 10:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) to 26 July 11:59 AM CST. This amendment is to allow any interested parties additional time to send in a BAL if they wish to attend the Site Visit. DESCRIPTION: The 17th Contracting Squadron at Goodfellow AFB, TX, is issuing a solicitation for Expand Splash Park, Bldg #119. The project includes, but not limited to, the installation of temporary fencing, earthwork, repairing, and extending the existing artificial turf, river rock, and permanent fencing around the splash park. Please refer to Attachment 1 - Statement of Work, for the additional details concerning this project. TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This RFQ will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and is the most advantageous to the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730 - Landscaping Services, and the small business size standard is no greater than $9.5 Million (USD). TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(c). DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to make award without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions if it is in the Government's best interest to do so. Additionally, the Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation before or after the specified closing date. The Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. REGISTRATIONS: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.
