The purpose of this amendment is to provide the questions and answers to vendors, correct period of performance dates, and extend the closing date to 08 Aug 23. The purpose of the Amendment is to correct the Set-aside from Total Small Business Set Aside to Woman Owned Small Business Program Set Aside. Provide 8 portable toilets with weekly service to include initial delivery and set up and pick up at the end of the performance period. Service include 1 time each week cleaning the unit, sanitizing, deodorizing and maintaining four rolls of tissue for each unit. The location for the 8 portable toilets will be the DoD Fire Academy training grounds as shown on the attached drawing. In the event of weather related damage or turnover of the portable toilets, contractor shall respond within 48 hours to replace or upright and clean the areas affected. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer..
