A Firm Fixed Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the government. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX intends to issue a solicitation for the replacement a 170 ton Trane chiller including removing the old chiller, pipes, pipe fittings, electrical, and refrigerant and installing a new chiller with the new base, pipes, pipe fittings, and electrical. This acquisition includes 1 CLIN ONLY with a Unit of Issue of Each. The delivery date will be no later than 180 days from the date of award to deliver and complete all work. A Request for Quote is projected to be posted on or after 28 December 2022. The anticipated date of award for this requirement is 01 February 2023. All responsible vendors may submit a quote to the 17th Contracting Squadron. Oral bids WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirement of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the government. PSC 4120; NAICS 238220; Size Standard is $16,500,000. This acquisition is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. A Class Brand Name Justification and Approval will be posted with the solicitation.
