This solicitation is for a Protective Coating IDIQ for Goodfellow AFB, TX, and Goodfellow Recreation Camp. The work to be performed under this contract and in accordance with the Specifications (see attachment 1), shall consist of furnishing all necessary parts, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals essential for providing all work shown on the on each task orders, specifications, statement of work for each task order, and all applicable codes, regulations, standards, and criteria in effect at the date of the solicitation. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. A site visit is planned for 22 July 2022 at 9:00 A.M. Central Standard Time. Please send a notice of intent if you intend to send any contractors to attend the site visit, fill out the attached Base Access Letter (See attachement 8), and submit a copy no later than 20 July 2022 at 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time to james.molden@us.af.mil. Please submit any questions from the site visit and/or relating to this solicitation no later than 27 July 2022 at 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time in the form of a Request for Information (RFI) so that a Q&A answering any questions can be posted before solicitation close. The purpose of Amendment 01 is to attach responses to RFIs received. The purpose of Amendment 02 is to update the description of CLIN X004 series. The purpose of Amendment 03 is to attach responses to extend the due date from 12 Aug to 19 Aug. The purpose of Amendment 04 is to attach responses to RFIs received.

This acquisition includes 31 base year CLINS and 34 base year SLINS with 124 option year CLINS and 136 option year SLINS. The Period of Performance will be 365 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed with four 365 day option periods. A Request for Proposal (RFP) is projected to be posted on or after 16 June 2022.
