Please see attached RFQ and accompanying attachments. This is a nonappropriated fund (NAF) purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the Unites States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. Please note exact daes/times of required service is not yet established. Last year dates/times were as follows: DFW - Departure trip starting 12:01 PM 23 Dec 2021, Return trip starting at 9:30 AM 3 Jan 22. SAT - Departure trip starting 12:01 PM 23 Dec 2021, Return trip starting at 9:30 AM 3 Jan 22. Exact date\times will be updated at a later date through amendment of this solicitation or modification of resulting award.
