The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision and other items and services. Governemnt will provide a listing of furnised equipment and tools used as government furnished property (GFP) with this acquisition. Work under this PWS will support the mission of 17th TRSS at Goodfellow Air Force Base, TX. The Trainer Maintenance contract will provide maintenance on training devices, Ground Instructional Training Aircraft (GITA), Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE), and historical static displays at Goodfellow AFB. Contractor will also use the Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS) to ensure the best; most efficient, safe, reliable, and effective resources are made available to the 17th Training Wing (TRW). There are approximately 1,724 training devices assigned including 6 static/historical display aircraft and 8 static display fire trucks. No GITA are presently assigned. Approximately 10 items of AGE equipment will be maintained by the contractor. Most training devices at Goodfellow are in support of the DoD Fire Training Academy. This requirement is being offered for competition limited to small business concerns. The proposed procurement action for is a Firm Fixed Price, with incidental cost reimbursable line items, contract with a basic period and four (4), one-year, option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $41.5 Million. The acquisition will be in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This will be a Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside.
