Wage determination #TX20220282 has been attached as Attachment 6 - Construction Wage Determination #TX20220282 This solicitation is for the replacement of grease trap located on Goodfellow AFB, TX. The existing grease trap at B906 is a poured in place grease trap of unknown capacity. The interior of the grease trap is failing due from hydrogen sulfide gas as well as sulfuric acid, these naturally occur in grease traps. The work to be performed under this contract and in accordance with this Statement of Work (see Attachment 1), shall consist of furnishing all necessary parts, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for providing all work shown on the drawings (Technical Exhibits), statement of work, and all applicable codes, regulations, standards and criteria in effect at the date of solicitation. A site visit is planned for 10 June 2022 at 10:30 A.M. Central Time. Please send a notice of intent if intending to send any contractors to attend the site visit and fill out the attached Base Access Letter (see Attachment 05) and submit a copy no later than 8 June 2022 at 2:00 P.M. Central Time to manuel.aguilar@us.af.mil. Please submit any questions from the site visit and/or relating to this solicitation no later than 14 June 2022 in the form of a Request For Information (RFI) so that a Q&A answering any questions can be posted before solicitation close.
