There are 35 concrete piers with CMU stands sitting upon concrete piers. Requirements include the repair of any piers that show fault. Level/shim of CMU stands beneath modular building 454. Once building has been re-leveled/shimmed. Ensure that all openings, interior and exterior, align and operate correctly without scraping/dragging causing excessive wear or damage to jambs, weather-stripping and/or of thresholds. Remove all damaged door closures plus provide and install new door closures and adjust accordingly. An site visit is planned for 22 Apr 2022 at 1000 Central Time. Please send a notice of intent if intending to send any contractors to attend the site visit and fill out the attached Base Access Letter (see attachment 05) and submit a copy no later than 19 Apr 2022 at 1300 Central Time to viktor.friedland@us.af.mil. Please submit any questions from the site visit and/or relating to this solicitation no later than 27 Apr 2022 in the form of a Request For Information (RFI) so that a Q&A answering any questions can be posted before solicitation close.
