The Small Business Size Standard is $16.5M. - Offers are only solicited from those offerors who are neither debarred or suspended nor proposed for debarment or suspension. - Verbal explanation given before award will NOT be binding. Any changes will be in writing via amendment. - Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of amendment(s) in block 19 of the SF Form 1442, or by returning a signed copy of the amendment(s) with the offer. **Due to COVID-19 restriction, no in person site visit will be held. - Virtual site visit documentation will be provided via solicitation amendment - Award will be made to the lowest price quote capable of completing the work. - Funds are currently not available for this solicitation.
