Please refer to Specific Instructions to Offerors Q2: CLIN 0001 Medical Waste Pick Up/Disposal (40 boxes per month) is this always 40 boxes per month? So the Unit cost is per month (i.e. $1.00 per box x40 boxes equals $40.00 times 12 months is $480.00 Per Year) Or would the government require a per box price since volumes can change drastically A2: CLIN 0001 should be quoted as a firm 40 boxes per month, with CLIN 0007 covering the price of each box in excess of 40 per month. Q3: CLIN’s 0006 and 0007 how often in the previous contract were these CLIN numbers utilized? A3: This requirement was handled via BPA in the past.
