This is solicitation for LED Marquee Sign at Goofdellow AFB. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other services necessary to provide an LED marquee sign with install. The requirement will be solicited as a request for written quotation and evaluated under procedures of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333950, with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 Employees. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) is anticipated to be posted on or about 27 May 2021. The anticipated award date is on or about 1 August 2021. The period of performance for this requirement shall be 60 days after award. All requests for clarification relating to this RFQ must be brought to the attention of the contract specialist SSgt Thomas Norris at 325-654-3468 / thomas.norris.8@us.af.mil or the contracting officer Micheal Scott at 325-654-3418 / micheal.scott.3@us.af.mil. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government.
