Project Title: Repair Foundation B454 - This requirement is being solicited as a request for quote utilizing simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. - This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. - The NAICS code is 238910. The size standard is $16,500,000. - The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. - Offers are solicited only from those offerors who are neither debarred or suspended, nor proposed for debarment or suspension. - Verbal explanations given before award WILL NOT BE BINDING. Any changes will be made in writing via amendment. - Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of amendment(s) in block 19 of the SF Form 1442, or by returning a signed copy of the amendment(s) with the offer. - A site visit will be held on 18 Aug 21 at 0900. - Detailed drawings and photos have been attached to this solicitation. - All questions related to this acquisition are due no later than 20 Aug 2021 at 2:00 PM CST. No additional questions will be accepted after this date and time. Questions shall be in writing only and sent via email to the Contract Specialist (derrick.uzzle@us.af.mil) and the Contracting officer (derrick.uzzle@us.af.mil). - A record of the questions and answers shall be made available via Contract Opportunities on Beta.SAM.gov. All prospective offerors are encouraged to register as an interested vendor to receive system generated notices - Funds are currently not available for this solicitation. See FAR 52.232-18. - NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
