The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other services necessary to perform re-tube of boilers at building 910 and building 3311 per statements of work. The requirement will be solicited as a request for written quotation and evaluated under procedures of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220, with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) is anticipated to be posted on or about 21 August 2020. The anticipated award date is on or about 10 September 2020. The period of performance for this requirement shall be 30 days after award. All requests for clarification relating to this RFQ must be brought to the attention of the contracting officer Micheal Scott at 325-654-4547 or micheal.scott.3@us.af.mil. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the solicitation closing date. Due to COVID-19 measures, the government is unable to schedule an in-person site visit.
