This requirement is for the replacement of the carpeting in buildings 401, 430, and 530. The proper NAICS code is 314110 - Carpet and Rug Mills, and the small business size standard is 1,500 Employees. The FSC is 7220 – Floor Coverings. This is a 100% total small business set-aside. The Air Force has a carpeting mandatory sourcing IDIQ. Carpet installers shall negotiate the price of the carpeting with the IDIQ contractors found in the attached Statements of Work and provide their price in response to the solicitation.
