Site Visit information has been added as follows: SITE VISIT (a) An organized site visit has been scheduled for- __15 Nov 2019 at 1:00 PM CST__ (Please allow 30 to 45 min for base entry in order to arrive on time.) (b) Participants will meet at- __210 Scherz Blvd, Bldg 707 Goodfellow AFB, TX 76908__ (c) Submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed 3) to Micheal Scott (micheal.scott.3@us.af.mil) No Later Than 13 Nov 2019 by 11:00 A.M. CST. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the installation and adequate arrangements for the conference attendees. The information for site visit attendees should include the following information: (1) Full Name (2) Date of Birth (3) Drivers license number and state of issuance (d) Offerors are requested to submit questions to the point of contact noted above not later than 18 Nov 2019 by 04:00 P.M. CST. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. (e) A record of the site visit shall be made available via amendment. All prospective offerors are encouraged to register as an interested vendor to receive system generated notices.
