The contractor shall furnish all necessary materials, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to Replace Base Fire Alarms at Goodfellow AFB, TX in accordance with the drawings, specifications and statement of work (SOW). The requirement will be solicited as a request for written quotation and evaluated under procedures of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290, the size standard is 750 employees. The acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) is anticipated to be posted on or about 27 Dec 2019. The anticipated award date is on or about 21 Feb 2020. The performance period for this requirement will be 480 calendar days after contract award. If both CLIN options are awarded, contractor will be given an additional 160 days for completion. All requests for clarification relating to this RFQ must be brought to the attention of the Contract Specialist, Robyn Moore at 325-654-4421 or robyn.moore.4@us.af.mil. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to the responsible offeror whose Quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government.
