Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo Texas, has a requirement for the construction of a Splash Pad. An Invitation For Bids (IFB) will be posted and made available on or after 5 March 2020. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under procedures of FAR Part 14, Invitation For Bid, and FAR Part 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts. The Product Service Code (PSC) is Y1PA (Construction of Recreational Facilities). The code The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990 (All Other Specialty Trade Contractors), Size Standard is $16.5 Million. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management website at www.beta.SAM.gov to be eligible for award. Vendors must also have a tax identification number and a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. DUNS information and/or application can be accessed at http://smallbusiness.dnb.com or by calling 1-800-234-3867. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates or amendments to any documents. The anticipated award date for this requirement is 17 April 2020. The projected completion date is 210 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible vendor whose bid conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the lowest price.
