The requirement will be solicited as a request for written quotation and evaluated under procedures of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The construction magnitude for this requirement is less than $25,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220, with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 Million. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) is anticipated to be posted on or about 18 January 2019. The anticipated award date is on or about 11 February 2019. The period of performance for this requirement shall be 14 days after award. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government.
