Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo Texas, requires a contract for the requirement to rehabilitate sewer pipelines by installing Cured in Place Piping (CIPP). The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to perform all work necessary to: Repair existing sewer main system to include cleaning and video camera of approximately 3165 linear feet. The sewer mains will be repaired using the Cured in Place Piping (CIPP). There is approximately 1233 LF of 6" pipe, approximately 50 LF of 8" pipe, and approximately 1882 LF of 10" pipe. Approximately 3165 LF of sewer main will be repaired using the CIPP. Bypass pumping is required during the camera and CIPP process. The work will include: Rehabilitate sewer pipelines by installing Cured in Place Piping (CIPP). 1. Flush and clean sanitary sewer pipelines, as required to remove debris and blockages. 2. Provide CCTV video/Pre-TV inspections of existing conditions for all sanitary sewer pipelines. 3. Submit CCTV video/Pre-TV inspections for Government review and approval. 4. Provide new manholes as described in project drawings. 5. Submit CCTV/Post -TV inspection of the new CIIP for all sanitary sewer pipelines. The general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform Repair Sanitary Sewer Outfalls, all work, plant, supervision, management, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, appliances and material and performance in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings, and subject terms and conditions of each task order and the main contract. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The magnitude of this work is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million. The period of performance for this requirement shall be 120 calendar days. The contractor awarded a contract shall comply and ensure all sub-contractors comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to environment matters. The Invitation for Bid is expected to be issued on or around 16 October 2019 with an anticipated bid opening date of 16 November 2019.
