A request for written quotations will be posted and made available on or after 11 May 2020. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Federal Stock Class (FSC) is 6210 (Indoor and Outdoor Electric Lighting Fixtures). The code The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335122 (Commercial lighting fixtures, electric, manufacturing), Size Standard 500 Employees. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management website at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Vendors must also have a tax identification number and a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates or amendments to any documents. The anticipated award date for this requirement is on or after 1 July 2020. The projected completion date is 210 days after date of award. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government.
