This requirement is for a Ventilation/Forced Entry Trainer located on Goodfellow AFB. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, transportation, labor, and supervision required to build and install a ventilation/forced entry rescue trainer for the Louis F. Garland Fire Training Academy (Bldg. 3453). The site for the trainer is an existing concrete pad located in the Fire Academy's training grounds. Refer to the attached COMBO document and statement of work for full scope and additional details. _______________________________________________________________________ A site survey will be conducted on Monday, 20 July 2020 at 1:30 PM Local (Central Time). Interested vendors must submit their representative's information by Tuesday, 14 July 2020 by 12:00 PM Local, information shall include: representative's full name; date of birth; driver's license state of issue and number; and last 4 of their SSN. Vendors will be limited to one representative in attendance. Site survey representative submittals for base access should be sent to SSgt Zebulun Howard at zebulun.howard@us.af.mil and MSgt Andre Casiano at andre.casiano@us.af.mil. Representatives shall adhere to CDC COVID-19 guidance, to include the mandatory use of face-masks and social distancing while on Goodfellow AFB. Face-masks must be worn at all times and will not be provided; representatives will not be allowed on base without a face-mask. _______________________________________________________________________ In the Attachments/Links section of this solicitation is a conceptual single-line drawing/layout of the proposed structure.
