SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15)

This is a pre-solicitation notice for construction services to replace the ceiling liner, wall liner, and insulation in a burn house training facility, which must remain operational to NFPA standards. The work will be performed at Facility 992. No funds are currently available for this effort, and no award will be made until they are. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursing offerors for any costs. A bid guarantee will be required once funds become available.
