Work consists of removing two temporary package units and replacing with one DX package unit and replacing the existing dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS). New duct bank will be installed, existing fence around DOAS will be removed. Refer to SoW for full scope of work and product specifications. Existing DOAS system and duct bank configuration does not provide adequate temperature control in the dog kennel area. Specific TO requirements for temperature, humidity and air changes per hour are not being met.
