The purpose of this solicitation is to notify prospective contractors on the performance of construction services for project XTLF15-1052 Repair Fire Alarm F199. This work includesdemolishing alarm devices for the existing high expansion foam system, abandon remaining components of the system in place. The existing wet sprinkler system will remain. It alsoincludes upgrading the alarm system with a combined mass notification and fire alarm system plus installing a new electrical panel and mini-split system in the alarm room to meetcurrent fire code.
