Work includes paint removal, painting new stop blocks and abandoning in place (by covering with grout) tie-downs that are incorrectly placed or damaged.Additive: Consists of installing new tie-downs and painting new stop blocks on the T-38 parking spaces located under the canopies (Rows 1-9).
