The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation and labor necessary to maintain the Energy Management and Control Systems (EMCS) at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi (CAFB) with on-site technical representatives and additional support personnel. This will be a five (5) year contract; a base plus four (4) option years.
