Amendment 1: This solicitation was amended in order to extend the proposal due date by 11 calendar days from May 12, 2025, 2:00 PM CST to May 23, 2025, 2:00 PM CST. The Government is offering a site visit opportunity on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 9:00 AM CST. The site visit is highly encouraged but not required. In order to attend the site visit, your team must contact the POC to inform them of your intent to attend NLT 2:30 PM CST on Monday, April 21, 2025. In order to be granted access onto base, please provide the first and last name, driver's license # and state, birthday, and social security # of those attending. If you do not contact the POC by 2:30 PM CST on Monday, April 21, 2025, you will not be able to attend the site visit. All additional RFIs must be submitted NLT 11:59 PM CST on Monday, May 5, 2025. IAW FAR 36.204(e) - The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $500,000.00 and $1.000,000.00. All specifications and drawings will be available upon request and will be sent via DoDSAFE. Contractors/Offers must complete CUI Training Slides then sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Send signed MFR to the POC and access to the locked document in SAM.gov will be granted. The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to perform the entire replacement of the roof of building 847. Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references. The new roof shall eliminate each and every weather borne water leak into B847. The work shall include but is not limited to: replacement of standing seam components, insulation, gutter system, roof curbing, fascia, and soffit.
