No other changes have been made. Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to adjust the proposal due date from August 29, 2024 at 12:00PM to September 05, 2024 at 12:00PM. The Geotechnical report has been attached see SAM.gov attachment “B406 Draft Geotechnical Report”. The RFI questions and answers will be posted within the next couple of days. The Solicitation Amendment FA302224R00110002 SF 30 has been attached in SAM.gov. No other changes have been made. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to make administrative corrections to Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award. Changes to Section M are highlighted. Solicitation Amendment FA302224R00110001 SF 30 was attached. Update SAM.gov description to include the date and time Requests for Information (RFI) will be due. Please have all RFIs to the POC by NLT 19Aug24 at 1200 CST. No other changes have been made. The Project involves a renovation and addition to B406 Paint hangar Administration and Decontamination area. A new fire alarm and mass notification system will be installed through the administration and decontamination area, while existing fire alarm system components will remain as-is in the paint bays. The project involves control work on the mechanical system in the paint bays. See Attached SOW for more information. Site Visit: The Government is offering a site visit opportunity on 14 August 2024 at 1:00 PM CST. The site visit is Highly Encouraged but not mandatory. To attend the site visit, your team must contact the POC, via email, to inform them of your intent to attend NLT 10:00 AM CST on 13 August 2024. If you do not contact the POC by 10:00 AM CST on 13 August 2024, you will not be able to attend the site visit. Emails must contain the attendee’s full name to receive a base pass. Ensure attendees bring a valid ID. If driving, driver must possess a valid driver’s license, the vehicle’s registration and proof of insurance. Those attending the site visit should arrive early at Security Force’s Visitors Center to allow time to process their base passes. An escort will meet contractors at the Visitors Center and guide them to the site visit location. Additional Info: All RFIs must be submitted NLT 12:00 PM CST, on 19 August 2024. IAW FAR 36.204(f) - The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NOTE: Contractors/Offers must complete CUI Training Slides then sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Once you have sent your singed MFR to the POC, request access to locked documents through SAM.gov. Once your MFR has been received and reviewed, accesses to locked SAM.gov documents will be granted. Proposals will be submitted electronically.
