Amendment 1: The purpose of this modification is to correct the proposal due date from 12:00 PM CST on Thursday, August 8, 2024 to 12:00 PM CST on Monday, August 26, 2024. The Government is offering a site visit opportunity on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 9:00 AM CST. The site visit is encouraged but not mandatory. In order to attend the site visit, your team must contact the POC to inform them of your intent to attend NLT 1:00 PM CST on Monday, August 12, 2024. If you do not contact the POC by 1:00 PM CST on Monday, August 12, 2024, you will not be able to attend the site visit. All additional RFIs must be submitted NLT 5:00 PM CST on Friday, August 16, 2024. All proposals must be submitted NLT 12:00 PM CST on Monday, August 26, 2024 to the following emails 14cons.pka.construction@us.af.mil and willie.common.1@us.af.mil IAW FAR 36.204(g) - The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Contractors/Offers must complete CUI Training Slides then sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Send singed MFR to the POC and accesses to the locked documents in SAM.gov will be granted. The subject requirement must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete a full renovation of B454 into the new Wash Rack. Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the 100% Design, 100% Specifications, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references. Construction must be accomplished in accordance with applicable UFC’s, ETL’s, (UFC’s and ETL’s may be found on-line at www.wbdg.org.) local and national codes, Columbus AFB Installation Facility Standards (IFS) and all Appendices (Special Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical) and other guidance as modified by this SOW.
