Columbus Airforce Base is in need of rental golf carts for the 2024 Columbus AFB “Thunder over Columbus” airshow for the period of 18 – 23 September 2024 IAW the Statement of Work. The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, management, coordination, and transportation required to accomplish the work. NOTE: When submitting your quote, please follow the instructions listed at 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors) on Attachment 2 - Provisions and Clauses. Quotes shall be submitted via email to the following addresses (yolanda.pruitt@us.af.mil ; brendan.lane.3@us.af.mil) no later than 4:30pm CST, 24 June 2024 in order to be considered timely. Questions are due no later than 4:30 PM CST, 24 June 2024. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after the deadline. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor the solicitation posted herein for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
