The offer due date from July 26, 2024 to August 2, 2024. The site visit date from July 17, 2024 to July 25, 2024 at 9 AM CST. The respondents date for interest in the site from July 16, 2024 to July 24, 2024 at 1:30 PM CST. If you have any questions about this change, please contact the POC via email. SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 2: The purpose of this amendment is to attach the questions and answers for this requirement. There have been no other changes to this requirement. If you have any questions about this change, please contact the POC via email. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform all work in accordance with these specifications. Work includes removing existing flooring, patching floor, installing Luxury vinyl plank (LVP), cove base, and providing labor to remedy unusual requirements related to the installation of flooring materials. All flooring material will be contractor furnished. The required work will be in Building 268, Room 107, on Columbus AFB. This general outline of work does not, in any way, limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work as specified herein. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ NOTE: When submitting your quote, the Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Factors being utilized to evaluate offers are: 1. Price: Complete Price Schedule on the Attachment titled: Combined Synopsis-Solicitation 2. Technical Acceptability: • Submit offer/quote IAW the Statement of Work (SOW) Quotes shall be submitted via email to the following addresses (Brian.Gitau@us.af.mil; Sang.Park.6@us.af.mil) no later than 3:00 PM CST, 2 August 2024 in order to be considered timely. Questions are due no later than 3:00 PM CST, 30 July 2024. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after the deadline. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor the solicitation posted herein for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the Offeror ineligible for award.
