Unit is required to be a CleaverBrooks product or a government, technically reviewed substitute rated at 120V, natural gas fueled with a boiler supply temperature of 160?F and operating pressure of 75 psig. Unit is required to have an automatic air vent control safety to remove any air from the system and 100% main-valve shutoff with UV scanner for flame supervision. IAW attached Statement of Need.
