The contractor shall provide licensed facilities, equipment, licensed funeral service practitioners, motor vehicles, professional services, supplies, death certificates, caskets, outer shipping containers, transportation and perform hygienic practices as specified in the SOW. Amendment 1: Columbus AFB, MS has amended Solicitation FA302224Q0300, formerly due on 11 December 2023 at 10:00 a.m. The Amendment, FA302224Q0300-1 is 4 pages. Line Item 4, Graveside Services, in the original Solicitation, has been deleted. Mileage rates outside the local area have been added for Line Item 2, Funeral and Hearse Driver, and Line Item 3, Receiving the Body. No additional work outside of the scope of this SOW shall be completed without approval from contracting officer. Any additional work performed will be at the risk of the contractor, considered outside the scope of work and cannot be billed for. All contractors shall be Crouse-Hinds certified to perform work on Crouse-Hinds proprietary equipment/software. All un-certified work will void all product warranties for equipment/software.
