The Contractor must provide all plans, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete an addition to the hazardous waste facility, B267 including explosion proof electrical system, and update existing fire alarm system. Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references. The main objectives of this project are to expand the storage area of the hazardous waste storage facility. This work includes the site work to prepare for a new foundation, laying foundation, constructing block walls, adding roof, installation of new rolling door, installation of explosion proof electrical equipment, and fire protection piping and sprinklers.
