Contractor is to engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T) 12-strand single mode (SM) fiber optic cables (FOC) from Information Transfer Building (ITB) 385 to Bldg. 1130, Bldg. 547 and Bldg. 348 at Columbus AFB, MS IAW attached Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in this SOW. The Contractor shall comply with the current TIA telecommunication installation and testing commercial standard and base installation standards. All equipment, supplies, and materials provided shall be new and not refurbished NOTE: When submitting your quote please follow the instructions listed at 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors) on Attachment 2 - Provisions and Clauses. Quotes shall be submitted via email to the following addresses (robert.duffy.8@us.af.mil; charlie.sweetland@us.af.mil) no later than 4:30pm CST, 24 July 2023 in order to be considered timely. Questions are due no later than 4:30 PM CST, 20 July 2023. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after the deadline. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor the solicitation posted herein for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
