Amendment 7: **ATTENTION PLEASE READ** The purpose of this amendment to the Solicitation for the B246 NDI Lab Bathroom Renovation project FA302222R00090003, is to update the SOW, extend the proposal due date, and offer a second site visit opportunity. Due to the RFIs recieved, the scope of this project has changed. Please view the SOW attachment titled "Attachment 1 - NDI Lab Revised SOW Dated 13 Sep 2022" and the concept drawings located on pages 14 & 15 of "Attachment 4 - Pertinent Drawings and Documents" for further details. Due to the SOW change, the Government is offering a second site visit opportunity on 19 September 2022 at 1:00 PM CST, and extending the proposal due date to 21 September 2022 at 11:59 PM CST. In order to attend the site visit, your team must contact the POC to inform them of your intent to attend NLT 4:30 PM CST on Thursday, 15 September 2022. If you do not contact the POC by 4:30 PM CST on 15 September 2022, you will not be able to attend the site visit. All additional RFIs must be submitted NLT 11:59 PM CST on 19 September 2022. This requirement's opportunity notice was redacted and reissued in order to change the form of the solicitation document from Standard Form 1449 to Standard Form 1442. The subject requirement is to complete a full renovation of the existing co-ed restroom and provide separate men’s and women’s restrooms as well as the installation of a new shower system in each restroom of Building 246 at Columbus Air Force Base. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required, and perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references.
