The purpose of this Voice Protection System is to install, and test a VoIP monitoring/recording solution that will expand the existing capabilities of the Voice Protection System (VPS) at Columbus Air Force Base (CAFB), which supports the recording of calls of interest based on programmable policies. Calls are recorded at a target location and the recorded voice calls, along with the call metadata, are forwarded to the units for analysis, processing, storage, and reporting. A VoIP monitoring solution is required to perform recording and monitoring of encrypted and unencrypted VoIP calls in conjunction with the VPS.
